We brought home Chessie (Haddington X Jill) on New Year's Eve 2016...two months later and she is every bit a part of our family!!! Our 4 year old son loves her and is his "best friend". She loves being outside but loves her sleep too! :) We couldn't be happier with our little girl!!

Orla Kate (Jill x Haddington) has been the most joyous addition to our family!! She is our first baby, and the highlight of our days. While being named after a small town in west TX, she is a true city girl at heart! Orla Kate loves to go on walks through downtown Fort Worth, and join her mom and dad at brunch on the patio. Her favorite game is fetch, and she seems to be tireless while playing! Soon after bringing Orla Kate home, it was very apparent that she was the most loved member of the household, and receives the most attention as well! Now that she is old enough, she will be joining her dad on his long drives out to west TX to work in the oil fields, and come bird season she will be right at his side. We are so thankful that Haley and Patrick picked us to be Orla's parents, and could not be more thankful for Prestige Gun Dogs and all of their support and advice for us, especially being first time puppy parents. I am so excited to see Orla Kate grow and develop over the years, and with Haley and Patrick's help, her be the best and smartest version of herself that she can be! Having a Brittany is hands down the best experience our family has ever had, and we will be Brittany parents for the rest of our lives!

Fox (Bentley X Addy) has been a wonderful addition to our family. He never missed a beat when he arrived and was in the swimming pool, retrieving within hours of coming home for the first time. We consider ourselves a “dog family” and have had dogs for years. Fox is our first Golden Retriever, and we got him primarily as a duck dog to help us with our duck hunting. It quickly became apparent he was the most intelligent member of our canine household and has the sweetest disposition of any dog we have ever owned. He has a true “on/off” switch – he is laid back and easy going in the house, but out in the swamps, he cannot wait to go and retrieve the ducks! We got lucky to find a Golden Retriever of this quality and caliber right here at home, in Texarkana, TX.

Beau (Sonny X Paige) joined my family when I was a senior in college, and has since moved into my home on the lake in Central Texas. Beau’s energy and happiness are infectious, and his skills at being a great bird dog continue to grow with his maturity. He’s always up for retrieving or playing, and loves the water! Beau is now 15 months old and I know that he was the right choice for me. He’s a great companion with a happy temperament. Beau has been on two hunts since his formal training and has performed admirably. Thanks “Prestige Gun Dogs” for connecting the two of us. We plan on having plenty of memories and good times together for many years to come!

I just had to tell you once again how much we love and enjoy Murdoch (Wyatt x Addy). He is everything I wanted in a Golden. I am so glad I found Wyatt's page which led me to Prestige Gun Dogs. We really appreciate all the time and energy you put into breeding beautiful, quality Golden Retrievers.

I've enclosed a picture of Murdoch enjoying the "non-dog jungle"(aka the dark side) side of our yard. It has a little pond and because of all the rain this year, it has gotten a little out of control. When he manages to escape to the "dark" side he pretends to be a big tough hunter. He loves to play "Where's Murdoch".

He's doing great in his puppy class and will become an AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy at the end of the class. We have already had somebody ask us what breeder he came from & I was extremely happy to tell them Prestige Gun Dogs.

When our previous Brittany passed away, it took a long time to even want another dog. Eventually, by chance, we found Haley and Prestige Gun Dogs online, and they happened to have puppies available. Not long after, "Duchess" (Sonny x Paige) came into our lives and everything changed. She's a beautiful Brittany and perhaps one of the smartest dogs we've ever had. Even as a puppy, she came to us basically potty-trained, able to easily ride in the car, and actually enjoying baths and/or getting her nails trimmed (seriously--what dog ever enjoys having his/her nails trimmed??) After completing some additional Prestige Gun Dog training courses, Duchess quickly received both her CGC and CCCA titles, and learned almost every toy's name in the house. She loves her walks, playing ball, and sleeping on her "special mat" that is only sometimes allowed on the people bed. And just as important, along with the amazing Duchess, we gained a great new friend in Haley Glick! She not only continues to assist whenever we have concerns or questions, but she's basically part of our family now. All our friends now adore Haley and several have sent their non-Brittany pups for Prestige Gun Dog training as well. Additionally, we are willing to drive 3 hours each way to board our Duchess with Haley whenever we travel simply because she's the one person we trust to take perfect care of her. As proof of our loyalty, we are on the list for another Brittany puppy from Prestige Gun Dogs later this year. To recap, we feel extremely fortunate to have found Haley and to have found our remarkable "Duchess."

We just adore Dixie (Cutter X Jill), she is such a pleaser with loads of personality. We feel so lucky to have found Haley Glick and her team at Prestige Gun Dogs. Haley was full of information and held our hand through it all. I was hoping to find a breeder that truly took pride in her puppies, was kind, helpful and we definitely found her!!! It's amazing how she know the puppy's personalities so early! Haley once said she (Dixie) might point for 2 or 3 days out of the year but will prefer to be on the couch watching the news the other 362 and Haley hit it on the nose! Dixie probably leans toward the show dog side (she loves to be clean and brushed) rather than the bird dog side, unless it's a bunny we are talking about! Dixie toughed out our camping trip, but mostly pouted until we got home. She loves walks but expects to go back in the house and stay there with everyone else. But, that's just what we were looking for, a great family dog!

Prestige Gun Dogs and Haley Glick could not have come into our lives at a better time. Carla and I had recently lost our 15 year old golden retriever and an even older cat. We swore off of any more animals in our house as it would be much easier to travel and relax with no more attachments! It did not take long to find that a life without pets is no life at all! I am an active quail hunter, and thought a Brittany would be a great pet and hunting companion. Our search led us to Haley and Prestige Gun Dogs. We visited and were very impressed with Haley and the time she took to talk to us and show us their dogs. We placed our deposit and settled in to wait!

Haley realized that I spend way too much time in the field hunting wild quail, and when she and Patrick decided to sell Jack, she gave us a call first, because she knew that Jack would be happiest with time in the field. That is the most impressive thing about Prestige Gun Dogs, they always want the very best for their dogs. We jumped at the chance to own a dog of Jack’s caliber. Having been trained and worked and even shown, he had all the obedience, and all of the ability required for the field, but his sweet disposition and determination to be in Carla’s lap was the tipping point. Wow, such manners and such a loving approach to his owners. His day is not complete if he has not been able to give us both all the attention he can muster. He loves the pool and playing fetch, owns our hearts now, and is the envy of those around us due to his training and ability to accept commands on leash or off. Suddenly though, Jack had to share his owners again with an old suite mate, Haddington.

We were still waiting on our puppy, when Haley called again. Once again, Haley wanted her dogs that like to hunt to have that chance, and she wanted to know if we would be interested in taking Haddington who we met when we were looking for a puppy. This time, we had to think about it, but the lure of a fully trained and obedient dog was too much! Haddington is just as lovable in a much bigger package than Jack, and while he is not a lap dog, he will lay at your feet as long as you want to stay in one place. He and Jack have hunted as brace mates in the past and after a bit of territorial arguing they have settled in with one another. Whether riding the lake in a boat, or patrolling the fence line at our home looking for doves and squirrels, Haddington is going a mile a minute, while Jack is so laid back and cool. While he does not have the formal training of Jack, Haddington was given his obedience training by Haley and this dog while he has a mind of his own, will not hesitate to take a command and execute it. Haddington has that undeniable athlete look: long, lean and muscular. I can hardly wait to put him into the field and start that part of our lives. Picture options either of the IMG images)

It is a joy to have two beautiful dogs that are totally trained, and ready to be by your side at all times. Oh and yes, we are still thinking of the puppy from the litter that Haddington and Jill produce!

Emmy (Diesel X Emma) joined our family in Washington, D.C. when she was five months old. She quickly acclimated to city life and is enjoying all her new adventures, including trips to dog parks, the national mall, and even a dog-friendly beer garden. Emmy has never met a stranger, human or canine, and has made a lot of new friends, most notably her older brother "Hef." Emmy loves the water, enjoys snuggles, and likes looking at her own reflection in the mirror. She has stolen our hearts and we can't wait for the years of adventures that await us!

Hefeweizen “Hef” (Diesel X Weatherby) joined our family when he was just 16 weeks old, and almost 7 years later, he is still full of energy and curiosity. He lives to play fetch, especially if there is an ocean or lake nearby, and will make friends with anyone who is willing to scratch his ears. We love Hef and can't imagine a life without him in our family. Now that he's no longer an 'only child', he's taken to his sister very well and is extremely patient with her. Erin loves giving Hef a treat and chasing him around the house saying "Hug! Hug!"

Coach (Diesel X Weatherby) has been a wonderful addition to our family. He is a loving companion to all family members and has converted my girlfriend, Joyce, to a major dog lover. He is 35 pound lap dog in the house and converts to a high energy stalker of small game (squirrels and birds) as soon as he steps outdoors. He is cute (most strangers think he's a puppy) and always fun to be with!

Jack was my "starter brittany". A liver and white boy from the Brown x Ellie litter, he stole my heart and thus began my love affair with the breed. At the same time, I found a great friend in Haley, so it was a no-brainer to call her when I was ready to find Jack a pal. CHessie (GCH CH Copley Paper Dragon), a "pet" who turned into a pretty nice show dog, came to live with us in 2008. I love my boys and can't remember my life before them!

We are having a wonderful time with Cassie. She has settled into our way of life and it feels like we have always had her in our home. I recently told Roy that we were never going to have a puppy again. Adopting an adult dog with manners is definitely the way to go from now on. Really, we couldn't be happier with her!

Sweet Tanner and Sassy Roxy are doing well. True to his name Tanner can be found in the yard chasing anything that moves and "Watching The Weather". Roxy " Watch Me Shine" is still the diva she was as a puppy; she loves hanging out in the sun and chasing squirrels. Tanner and Roxy are best friends and go everywhere with the family-guitar lessons, swim team practice etc. They really enjoy running at the beach, although neither likes to swim. No family birthday party would be complete without the pups singing the Happy Birthday song. We love our sweet, crazy Britts dirty paws and all.

It is with much sadness and a heavy heart that I must share with you that CH Brittstorm's Loud and Clear "Winchester" passed away on October 11, 2014. He was and will always be the "original" Glick Brittany! Winchester was a wonderfully unique dog who held a special place all of the Glicks' hearts. He has been "my" dog since I was 21 years old and in so many ways defines that period of my life. I loved him as much as anyone could love a dog and I will miss him dearly. He was a champion show dog, notorious chocolate eater, master beggar/manipulator, and the most loyal best friend anyone could ask for. I feel so lucky to have spent not only the past 11 years with him, but also nearly 24 hours a day with him these past 5 weeks as he's been coming to work with me every day. He will be missed greatly by so many.

Jada joined our family the Summer of 2009 and she was 1 year old. We had wanted a new pet to keep our boxer company and to share more love with us and our 3 growing boys. She definitely delivers on the companionship and love department. She's nothing but love! She wants to give and receive non-stop. Jada is very obedient and follows commands very well. She is very friendly with other dogs and roams off leash but is always aware of where her family is and always checks back in. I can't speak highly enough of what an outstanding dog she is and the love she brings to our family. We will definitely get another Brittany one day when the time is right and our first choice will be a Prestige Gun Dog! Thanks so much for bringing us such an outstanding pet and friend.

Winston is out Weatherby by Sawyer. Winston is great! He is an integral part of our family and a very well recognized dog on the island we live on. He runs and catches balls better than any dog out here and he still is happy to do 6 mile runs for me when I feel up to it.
